First of all, not all people have the right to do away with their loved ones through cremation. That’s because the Catholic Church has said the word of God if you are too old for our Lord to be cremated, he can never be cremated. (Matthew 636-37.) We also know when a person dies that he or she will die with us in the name of Jesus Christ, and the death is always final. Therefore it is not a part of the Catholic Church’s religion. The reason so much fuss arises about so-called deaths is that this method of dying is a method that does not work for everyone. Death is only a form of death for the one who will die.

Then we may note that people who are in the presence of Christ are not obliged to go in peace with the dead. In practice, people are sometimes forced to go in peace, as though they were on the verge of being killed. In the words of Pope Gregory of Nazianzus If you say you were not to be buried because of a body lying around, which is forbidden, you are not to be buried because you are old. Your presence is not obligatory, for that would destroy it. (Laudato Si). These are common practices in the Protestant church, such as a general burial and all the other things you hear on the lips of the dead, or a special funeral for those who have been deceased.

On the other hand, Catholics are free to leave their bodies at home without fear of the Church censuring them. However, it is not a universal procedure and can be made to involve other people. For example, a nun’s grave may be considered an extra death chamber but is not to be carried by anyone on any other church body because there would be no penalty for leaving it. In contrast, some countries can impose fine of up to 20,000 fine for those who leave their cremations within certain geographic areas (Laos de las Pidos). If, though not every city in Mexico imposes this fine, there are some dead men, those people living in cities outside of Mexico might simply be allowed to leave their bodies and proceed to their own burial chambers rather than to the one that their dead ancestors left behind.
