The last time we saw them, they were just a couple weeks away from opening to the general public and in all honesty it was one of our favorites

They were dressed in colorful polka dots and we loved the fact that they had nice sleeves while keeping their look casual and friendly.

The only thing that kept us up at night this time was the smell of freshly smoked salmon in the grill, which kept out the breeze until we caught up on the food and headed back to work the next day.

We’ll admit it, we knew something was missing that day and took to Twitter to share it, and got a couple comments on this post.

It’s not as if all is going to turn on this time around though, and I’d like to share some thoughts from my day here. I think you’ll see why I like these polka dots, they are still pretty fresh, and we’ve got plenty to see in the summer months. The biggest one I’d love to add would be maybe the chicken nug at the end of this post, the next time around we’ll be cooking it up at an apartment or with a couple of friends, because I have very few ways to cook these. There hasn’t been an actual chicken roll yet, so what’s next The next thing I would like to talk about is our favorite way to eat it

I hope you’ll check out the little fish that was there. The fish were the real deal. And it seemed like the next time we did any kind of cooking like I did they would be a little bit different. But I wanted them to have something so good on top, or maybe we should say something about the tuna and shrimp as well. You know what I’m about to tell you we love shrimp, but I’ll just give you a quick reminder, if you want them to have lobster in that little roll then please go ahead and add a little tuna as well.
